Pilot site visit: handover, confirmations, and community testimonials
The KISRP team visited the pilot area together with county counterparts and community representatives. On site, residents and leaders took part in structured discussions—sharing confirmations of agreed steps and testimonials on how the programme is connecting to local priorities.
A formal handover of programme documentation (plans and technical materials) marked a visible milestone: partners and community structures jointly received the outputs of preparatory work, in a setting that was open to observers and local media.
In a follow-on community forum, participants signalled consensus through a show of hands—reinforcing collective support for the next phases of engagement. These moments complement written records and help keep implementation accountable to the settlement.
